Not enough room in arctic stick build addition for queen size bed. The bed inside the trailer is queen size. The stick build room is "T" shape, maybe about 6 feet wide, Walk up the steps and walk into the door, turn to the right and that is where they had a woodstove - chimney pipe still there. Turn to the left is where you go to walk into the trailer and there is a little area for a pantry type of thing.
Seller was there last summer, 2023, and no leaks were noticed.
